Ledgerz Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Ledgerz Billable Hours Timer Android application (the “App”). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. We are committed to your privacy: the App is designed to work entirely on your device and does not transmit any data to us or any third party.

All data you enter — project names, hourly rates, and timer state — exists solely in the App’s in-memory state while the App is running. No data is written to persistent device storage, a database, or any server. When you close the App, all data is discarded.

3. Permissions

The App requests no Android permissions. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, files, network, or any other device resource.

4. Third-party services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, crash-reporting tools, or social login services. No data is shared with any third party.

5. Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected at all, the App is safe to use by anyone.

6. Data security

Because the App stores no data beyond the active session, there is no personal data at rest to protect. Your project and billing information never leaves your device.

7. Your rights

As no personal data is collected or stored by us, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. All information you enter remains under your sole control at all times.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on our Google Play listing and will take effect from the date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
